State-of-the-art manufacturing techniques alone are not sufficient to assure all quality requirements. Therefore we use an extensive control-system for all production steps.
After each production step, which is carried out, a meticulous accuracy check is performed.
As a last step a CNC-3D measuring machine measures and checks the product.
We guarantee the well-known DKT-quality from the incoming goods inspection to the delivery.
Production at the technologically most advanced level
We manufacture state-of-the-art devices, gauges, custom machines and tools.
Many of the gauges and NC-devices manufatured by DKT are situated in site assembly facilities of automotive suppliers, where entire exhaust systems are assembled „just-in-sequence“.
